Submitting Event Proposals
At the beginning of the calendar year the festival board reviews submissions from nonprofit groups and organizations that are interested in creating an event in conjunction with the upcoming festival.
Music and theater productions, school and library arts programs, community study groups, and other creative or scholarly events are all welcome for submission. Download a PDF of the submission form using the link below. Proposals will be received throughout the year, with deadlines of May 1 for the current year.
